Own a Word lets you temporarily claim a word by paying for it. Ownership lasts for at least 60 minutes, after which anyone can take the word by paying more.

Display names and links are public. We reserve the right to remove any name or link without refund for abuse, profanity, or malicious content.

All payments are final. Previous owners receive no payout in the current version.

Words are curated. We may add, remove, or reset words at any time.
